William G. Rice is a cum laude graduate of Gannon University, Erie, Pennsylvania, 1985, and The Dickinson School of Law, 1993. Before entering private practice, Mr. Rice served as law clerk to the Honorable Harold A. Thomson, Jr., President Judge of the Pike County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Rice is licensed to practice before the Pennsylvania, federal, 3rd Circuit and United States Tax Court Bars.

He is a former Public Defender, served four years as Pike County Solicitor, and has formerly served as Solicitor to the Pike County Assessment Board, Pike County Tax Claim Bureau, and the Pike County Jail. He currently acts as municipal solicitor to Blooming Grove Township, Pike County. Mr. Rice concentrates his practice in Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Law.
