Jan S. Lokuta is a graduate of Wilkes College, Community Medical School of Nursing and Dickinson School of Law. Jan served as Law Clerk to President Judge, Court of Common Pleas, Pike County, Pennsylvania for four years. Mr. Lokuta concentrates his practice in Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Administrative Law, as well as Bankruptcy. He is a former Public Defender and Counsel to Pike County Children and Youth, and is currently Solicitor for Pike County. In working with our negligence team, Mr. Lokuta's background as a registered nurse provides the firm with experience and expertise to analyze medical issues.
