Michael E. Weinstein is a graduate of Long Island University, 1965, and Brooklyn Law School, 1968. Mr. Weinstein has been a practicing attorney for 32 years. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Products Liability, Medical Malpractice and Criminal Law. He has been successful in obtaining substantial verdicts and settlements; some in excess of one million dollars. Mr. Weinstein served as District Attorney of Pike County from 1980 through 1988, and is a member of the New York State and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Associations. Additionally, he is currently General Counsel to the Delaware Valley School District.
